Looking to refine your kipping technique and apply it across multiple movements? Join Coach Roald for a kipping workshop where you’ll learn kipping for handstand push-ups, ring dips, and swings.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • The fundamentals of kipping: Proper body mechanics and generating momentum efficiently.
  • Kipping handstand push-ups: Transitioning from a strong kip to a controlled press.
  • Kipping ring dips: Learn how to use the kip for more efficient and explosive dips.
  • Kipping swings: Improve your rhythm and timing to build stronger, smoother kipping swings.

We’ll also dedicate a little time to practice movements like pull-ups or toes-to-bar, giving you a chance to apply your kipping technique and receive personalized tips. However, please note that this workshop won’t cover butterfly pull-ups.

Whether you’re just learning how to kip or want to perfect your form, this workshop is open to all skill levels. Expect plenty of drills, feedback, and practice. You’ll leave with the tools to improve your performance.
