Struggling with your first bar muscle-up or looking to clean up your technique? Coach Andrea will take you through the key progressions, helping you build strength, refine your timing, and move more efficiently.

We’ll break down the essential strength and mobility requirements, work through targeted drills to improve pulling power, and fine-tune the transition from pull-up to dip. You’ll also learn to spot and fix common mistakes, making your reps smoother and more controlled.

To join, you should be able to do at least five strict pull-ups when fresh. Already hitting bar muscle-ups? We’ll work on efficiency and flow, pushing towards 10 unbroken reps.
