STRENGTH FEST

On November 16th, from 13:00 to 20:00, Strength Fest is bringing horror vibes—literally. Get ready to tackle Jacob’s Ladder, Carry On Screaming!, and Cliffhanger in the preliminary events. Only the top 6 will survive to face The Evil Dead and The Benchwarmers in a final showdown of pure strength.

Whether you’re a regular in STR60 or just getting started at UnScared, this event is for all levels and promises thrills, chills, and plenty of heavy lifts.

Ready to lift—or scream? Keep an eye out for posters in the gym. Sign-ups for athletes and volunteers start October 14th.

PARENT-KID WORKOUT RETURNS

Due to popular demand, the Parent-Kid Workout is back on November 3rd. This is your chance to get active with your little one and have fun together. These sessions are perfect for introducing fitness to kids in a playful, engaging way. Don’t miss out on the fun! Secure your spot in the UnScared app and join us for an awesome experience.

TRAINING FOCUS

CF60: In October, we focus on building strength through higher-volume sets in the 3-5 rep range for weightlifting movements. Expect complex-based Olympic lifting in CF60 classes to refine technique and develop power in various positions. This month, we will continue to target key lifts like the back squat, bench press, and deadlift, ensuring you're building a solid foundation of strength. With a mix of bodyweight strength, gymnastics skill sessions, and varied conditioning, you'll be fully prepared to tackle anything life throws your way.

OLY75: We're continuing our focus on technique, which we started halfway into September after the Charity Lift. We'll be building a solid base of strength and technique before we go heavier in the upcoming months!

STR60: October will see a big focus on our event in November - Strength Fest. We won't reveal the events yet, but rest assured that the October classes will prepare you for it properly. Not joining Strength Fest? We got you, we're still going to make sure you get strong in many different types of exercises!
