Jeremy is the head weightlifting and strength coach for UnScared Fitness, as well as the head coach for Kairos Weightlifting. Having been passionate about weightlifting for years, he has coached national record holders, complete beginners and everything in between. Primarily coaching weightlifting, he also has a keen interest in nutrition, lifestyle, general strength training and the art of coaching as a whole.
