Running should feel strong, smooth, and efficient—not like a battle against the pavement. In this workshop, we break down what a good running technique looks like and how you can make every stride more effective.

After a short theory session, we’ll put ideas into action with drills that refine your form and improve efficiency. To lock in those new skills, we’ll finish with a dynamic interval workout that combines running and strength exercises.
