Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • The key strength and mobility requirements for a smooth and controlled bar muscle-up.
  • Drills and progressions to enhance pulling power and nail your timing.
  • Common mistakes to avoid and how to correct them.
  • How to transition efficiently from pull-up to dip with precision and control.

To join this workshop, you should be able to do at least 5 strict pull-ups when fresh.
